Every clip is recorded from the real product by the e2e suite — never a mockup.

Each adapter reports its real capabilities, so helmora can expose the controls its runtime supports and stay honest when behavior differs. Pick a capability and the viewer plays a dedicated recording of it happening in the current pre-alpha — only the Lock Screen entry is a drawn illustration, to the shipped widget's spec.
