What we can document today.
Helmora is protocol-first, but its repository, wire specification, and extension documentation remain private during pre-alpha. These pages describe the current product boundary without exposing private implementation docs.
Helmora Protocol v0.1
The private wire format covers JSON-RPC over WebSocket, sessions, prompts, updates, capability negotiation, and relay encryption envelopes.
How it fits together
The client, account service, bridge, adapters, and managed relay; plus the direct and encrypted remote paths.
Per-agent adapters
The five runtimes in dogfood, their current product surfaces, and an explicit list of runtimes that are not available yet.
Encryption & trust model
Local-first design, end-to-end encryption, what the relay can and cannot do.
What is in dogfood
Selected pre-alpha milestones across the app, adapters, bridge, account service, and relay.
Proprietary repository
The app, bridge, adapters, account service, and relay are closed-source commercial software. No public repository is offered.
